The choice of colors and materials, together with expertly designed lighting, contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entrance door leads to the large and bright kitchen, where the shabby chic style reigns supreme, creating a refined environment full of taste, with refined details. The breakfast room has a touch of rustic elegance: it combines respect for the environment and design thanks to the choice of natural materials such as white wood and rough wood surfaces. The oven and induction hob are connected to the photovoltaic panels, allowing cooking with a low environmental impact. On the walls, a wallpaper with pretty drawings of flora and fauna in delicate tones creates a cheerful atmosphere, together with the chandeliers with an original look.

In addition to energy efficiency, the renovation paid particular attention to the aesthetic enhancement of the spaces.
Next to the entrance there is a portico characterized by elegant columns and natural materials such as stone and cement, a place sheltered from the sun and rain, where you can enjoy the view of the park and the surrounding countryside at any time of the day.
In the center of the porch, where the cool shade of the garden trees creates an oasis of peace, there are tables and sofas that invite you to sip a morning coffee surrounded by greenery.
A true corner of paradise where you can start the day with the singing of birds and the beauty of nature.
