A majestic architecture
The building, with its imposing facades and richly decorated interiors, is a true triumph of the Baroque style. The stuccoes, frescoes and sculptures create a luxurious and refined atmosphere, typical of the European courts of the 17th century.
Sumptuous interiors
Inside the palace, the ducal apartments are a succession of richly decorated rooms, each with its own theme and style. The walls are adorned with frescoes depicting mythological scenes and allegories, while the ceilings are decorated with stucco and paintings that create plays of light and perspective.
An Italian garden
The palace is surrounded by a large Italian garden, with fountains, statues and tree-lined avenues. This green space was intended to host parties and receptions, and was a place of leisure and representation for the Este court.
